This is'nt prog. Its a good pop soul song etc. It's a Gerry Bron production with an arrangment. She has good progressive jazz rock credentials, which is not prog. This is a Laura Nyro song. Linda also recorded Lonely women , but heard the lyrics incorrectly off Ms Nyros LP. This is a great version which I heard  years before Nyro.

Laura Nyro wrote and recorded this; Three Dog Night had a fairly big hit with it as well.
