what is this? looks like a 60-80 mm LM setup about 1-1.5meters column? 12L/h sounds way to much, if i dont underestimate the size, or you are loading it with something else then stripped wash.
This is commercial fractional still that was build by my company Hephasstus Ltd for one of the commercial vodka producers the still consumes 12kw of power to run two steam generators, the diameter of column is much bigger that you think and also the height of construction is near three meters.
this machine is a purification still that separates all fractions from the raw spirit made with continuous still.
Hi, please note that this equipment is new of this kind and here in New Zealand is no legislations regarding this equipment plus here is no any stills manufactorer but me, though I use to used this type of equipment for my distillery business during two years ansd I did not have any problems with City Council, The warranty is only my personal guarantee.
I never cared about videos or pictures of my machinery being taken because everything that I know is in my head, and I never thought about commetial side of my inventions NZ Patent application 555952, this patent application protects my rights and make it impossible for others to make this kind of machinery
All rules and legislations regarding to alcoholic beverages productions and quality control were simplified in middle eighties, so it is up to you what kind of equipment you use and what kind of spirits you supplying to public just pay your taxes ontime.
You do not have a sample for us to see how do you expect us to place orders when everything you have stated does not support your credibility and that we will be dealing with a professional com.
Hi I have the sample, I do not expect you to make any orders, please check my other wideos and you will see the continuous column in action being tested in my gatage just next to my prototype column, then the same column installed to the frame with the row of continuous distillation columns,
You operate from your garage. this video that you have posted is not yours but from someone else factory. You stated that your customers do not want you to take pics. Shouldn't you have the pics already as you say that you have design and built this machine.
Hi if you are from IRD I can ensure you that my papers and invoices regarding this machinery are all ok and all taxes are paid on time.Just check Hephasstus Ltd against your database.
Hi I do not have a factory right now due to bloody crisis my workshop had shrank down to the size of my garage, as I mentioned before I build them to order and the machine you see is already installed at my ex customer distillery , and in most cases my customers are do not want even me to take any pictures of the equipment that was built by me.
