i am for legalization of medical pot.I have a back injury where I am in constant pain.Pain killers do not help.Sister had me smoke a "joint".I can tell you I wasn't feeling no pain. Got alot of giggling done and eating but I was relaxed and my back was not as painful.But since i know it's illegal..I am to damm afraid to try again.

All of those short term memory effects also disappear whenever you stop smoking. This applies to the heavy smokers, the light smokers don't have the problem. Most of the time, the short term memory is only applicable during the period of intoxication. It does not persist beyond that time period. If it did any damage at all, you'd better believe the government would be shouting it out from the rooftops!
