1) Firing of 9 US Attorneys for not bringing voter fraud charges against Democrats and bringing corruption charges against (D) Don Siegelman trying to run for Congress pushes for more Republican votes in the Senate to further write bills like the Patriot Act and the Spy program and Bush waging war without Congress.

The executive has been pushing these agendas and the other branches approve. It's all planned.

3)He and the White House provided opportunities to present the answer (involving no transcript and no oath), but Congress refused (you can see why they would).
