The stamps are made by exposing photo polymer to light. A black and white picture is printed on transparent film to create a negative that is placed over the the photo polymer resin and allowed to sit under a light for a specific amount of time. The light hardens the material. The material that was behind the black part of the negative stays liquid and washes away with warm water, leaving a rubber stamp.
I'm interested in polypencils, can I order them via e-bay?
