No I wouldn't. I'm happy with myself and didn't you read the part "she's still gorgeous"? I'm just saying the facts. Pre nose-job she didn't have the WOW effect. But now she's drop dead gorgeous. I've seen a before and after picture from just a view years ago when she was still a medium blonde. And compared to now it's like 2 different people. Even a minor nosejob can change your whole face. Don't be fooled!
But I still think she's one of the best looking female celebs, if not the best.

oh my bad I agree though any changes can affect the whole look but she is very lucky though plastic surgery doesn't always work out for some people(look at Ashley Tisdale that is what you call two different people) am glad a nose job was all she got there were rumors that she got breasts implants but pics of her at the i believe german or berlin premiere secured my opinion the girl is all natural thank fox lol

Yeah it really worked out great! But it's kinda sad too because now she's looks almost too perfect. Her old nose was special and different and it had character. This new nose makes her face look kinda harsh. I don't know how else to explain it.
I'm not sure about her breasts. At the first Transformers premiere in 2007 they looked very saggy but nowadays more perky. I don't think she got implants but maybe a lift. That could be possible right?
