India may have been smart taking Canada's nuclear technology(since other other options were russian and american), but plastic bags.... that turned out well.
Canadian broadcasting company[ cbc] comedy show, but in one show he says Americans don't know geography, and profs dont know grade school stuff, but that can be true of lots of people in Canada too, so it was one- sided. But all in all, he is a good spirited type of guy.
lol, guess it's our job to make a bio-degradable bag now :P. Why can't we engineer those new Sun Chips bags for garbage disposal? They hold food all the time!
