no dude its fine as long as the lenses are clear lenses and not reflective ( only full beam on this car ) most new cars from 02 onwards are clear lenses. as long as its not a cheap chinese hid kit its perfectly legal and will pass an MOT. the chavvy corsa's pre 2000 with hid kits as an example are reflective headlights and there for are all illigal as they reflect the light and obscure oncoming car drivers vision
Your car looks absolutley great mate and quite a rare car in Spain, what did you do about the sidelights I.E The two centre lights, did you just use normal xenon bulbs?
no full beam tho unless you get 2 kits... not illegal in teh uk if you get a propper phillips kit.. i have a h4 kit and it failed thought MOT no problems.
Just don't forget these retrofit HID conversion bulbs are illegal to use on the road in the US, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luembourg, Malta, Netherland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK.......

Is 6000k colour temp an OBVIOUS blue or is it a slight tinge in person opposed to on video?????

The K chart starts off at slightly yellow (4000k) and goes white(8000k), blue (12000)k to purple (14000k)!!!
I have a set of 10000k Xenons on my ROVER 25 (Basicly a MG ZR) and they are like a natural daylight craft bulb, white with a blue tint !!

Your numbers are a little off. Yellow is 3000k white is 4300k white blue is 6000k blue is 8000k deep blue is 1000k and blue-purple is 12000k.
