@Toogorax yeah..seymour just kept on taking the screen away from the good part of the plot, and his motive was so foggy. besides, he's very cliched. although, he does have some good lines, especially during the first sections you see him...they kinda broke him after the whole macalania arc

i'm really in the middle between likeing and hating this game. Blitzball could use some work, and alot of the characters annoy me. on the other side the graphics amaze me the music is beutifull, the gameplay is easy and fun to use and the story works.

This FF and FFX-2 are the best in the FF series. Well, it is in story. Havent played FF13 yet, but will soon :D

Ugh. I played FFX, and just the Intro part (the tsunami and Sin) made me turn off the game and forget about it. Seriously, just by the blitzball part I already thought "Fuck it"

Hating someone for disliking a game is just idiotic. I may not agree with your opinion, Pedrin, but I'd never bash you for it.

I personally liked the game for it's plot and characters, and the battle system is my favorite out of all the main series FF games as well. But some things, like Blitzball and the punishing difficulty spike near the end, were just... arg!

@JudgeOfFudge I agree with you, wih the exeption of tidus, he REALLY gets on my nerves for the first big chunk of the game(he gets better toward the end)

@JudgeOfFudge using abilities and stuff is what the game constantly is forcing you to do. if you use the things right, you get by, but some of the final battles takes like 4-5 minutes because you end up fighting large enemies at random encounters, and earn just a fair amount of "exp". however it's actually easier if you manage to use the expert grid....as you get more abilities faster

I never actually played Final Fantasy III, IV, V, and VI. Only I and II on my brother's Dawn of Souls disc, and FF VII, VIII, and IX from my brother's old collection as well.

I really don't have a problem with X, other than at some points leveling up just seems to get ridiculous. And then came X-2...

This game looks pretty good. I've never really played Final Fantasy at all, but what did people criticize about FFX?

People were upset because it broke away from the style of the old Final Fantasies. Some people said it had too deep a love story, some people hated blitzball, the list goes on and on. The majority of people like this game though. You'll find that FFXII is the same way.

@xnarutoxhokage This is the only CTB battle system in FF series. The only thing i hate about the new FF games is the battle system. I like the ones where Characters line up and take turns per attack. ATB and CTB are the best

@Someguyhere111 I played it about halfway and found out that the gambit system was horrible...you have to unlock commands in battle....like...your party members will keep on using potions automatically in battle because you yet haven't unlocked the command to halt them...and it's a veery hard game with vast oversized dungeons... I honestly don't see how people like it.

@xnarutoxhokage I didn't mind the game blitzball, I just hated playing it, it was soo unbalanced and unfair, especially the earlier arc in the game. but I felt that was kind of the point anyway.. It's still a fucking fantastic game though <3 and you really have to strategize at the later bosses, as this game definitely is harder than the earlier ones in the series
