We could institute a Jizya against Muslims (It's only fair - it's what they would do to us) The money could be well spent converting Mosques to community centers and Christian churches. What about the Christians that converted under the British? Besides didn't the Aryan invaders bring HInduism to the Dravidians? If the Muslims left you would still have caste disrimination, discrimination aginst religious minorities, racism against foreigners, discrimination against dark skinned people, governmatal curruption and poverty, bas sanitation, ect. A constitution that holds certain unalienable rights such as the freedom of speech and gender-equality, and secure the secular nature of the State and the jurisprudence. No judges can apply laws that can't meet the constitutional rules about gender-equality (so NO SHARIA LAW!). This constitution must be granted an eternal and unchangeable status.
