I am glad you are here. I can't know everything you go through, but I do know that this breakthrough after your lowest point thing can really suck. I can only think that we are learning and growing more in 3D than we could in the higher realms and I hold on to the knowledge that we will be in 5D and higher soon. some times I get fed up and just want to leave also...i look at it like this...the average life span is like 80 years which is about 8 seconds in "real" time ...80 years compared to eternity is a joke lol... maybe if you spent some time in nature you would ease the stress.dont just walk through the woods though..touch stuff start a fire or make something out of stone or wood:) all is one one is all includes plants and animals. you might feel better if you quit watching the news also.. @jbulger82 as someone who monitored what is going on through Fox news on a daily basis--I am proud to report I've not seen Glen Beck in prob 2 mos now! lol
@jbulger82 - I have not watched TV in 15 years - I get all news on the web. But even that has to stop. And I am outside every day watering the garden or working in the garden, getting sunshine. Love to all!
