I never liked the vocal version of Vanishing Trooper. It just doesn't sound like the game version, it's too soft. It doesnt have that hot-blooded feel to it.

srsly you don't put mass produced huckies in there because they suck, MKII regular is mediocre at best while MKII M gespies are awesome at all times. THEN THERES THE MKII S AND THE MKII M CUSTOMS TOO! jet magnum alone beats out any hucky attack, cept maybe black hole cannon or balistic cannon. But gespy kick wreaks them all. AND THEN THERS THE CUSTUMS WITH THEIR AWESOME ATTACKS AND STUFF!!
As much as I love Gespensts, your rant has made me suddenly hate them. "Penis Cannon"? Huckebeins are all about mobility, which makes them much more badass as Real Robots than Gespensts. Gespies are just miniaturized Super Robots, and would be a lot more badass if they were twice the size and had a few more eye lasers and such.
Go play Alpha and say that again. They neutered the crap out of the Huckebein series for OG. The Mk-II is a one man wreking squad in alpha and don't get me started on the Mk-III which most enemies had a less then 10% chance to hit me while I was dealing 5000+ damage with the fang slasher without hot blood.

Like the Gundam MK-II, why would AEUG use it if it was completely useless? Same for the Huckebein MK-II. It introduced the Gravicon system and sported more armor, but it didn't any EOT technology. So the creators considered the MK-II a failure but the unit itself is combat worthy.
The problem with the Huckebein Mk-II in the OG series is that you're letting Bullet (renowned for his Super Robot style) pilot it. Put a real robot pilot on it and it's invincible. Leona especially in OG1. She gets the Mk-III R in OG2 though.

you know I could say that the concept of the Gespenst is just a rip off of the GM. A generic, cheap, mass produced unit. There are custom gespies, and guess what? there are custom GMs'!

Wow... Nice. The Mk-II is easily the best-looking Huckebein (Mk-III just looks wierd), and possibly the most badass non-unique Real Robot in all of SRT.
But are GBA emulators really that horrible, or is it just when recording video?
Cool! Did you know in OGG, a reference to the EX was made (Not sure if it'd still appear); though admitely in @ it was just a swap of the Mk II. But Boy has the Hucky Mk II come a long way from @.
I pit Yuuki Jaggar(sp?) in the MK-II in OG2.
