I heard in an interview that the calender actually contained photos of the crew members in their underpants in pin up poses. They pulled a prank on the actresses. The title 'The men of Blanche's Boudoir' is obviously brilliant.

Yeah, if you watch the Golden Girls bloopers video, they mention it and they show the girls' reactions during rehearsal....very funny!
