Oh yeah, Javelins are quite real. They're one hell of an Anti-Tank weapon only employed where really needed, such as driving through a bunker or a heavy battle tank. They're very expensive and generally won't be used on light vehicles.

The javelin is kind of a bitch to use, its heavy and you have use directional pads to close in on the target, also the fire and forget idea is bullshit, you gotta keep the clu on target for the missle to strike
