  • MashaAllah nice khutbar but very loud it was hard to listen

  • al ahmdulillah! I have listened to this Khutbah so many times as a refresher for lack of better words. Brother Talib Abdullah, is certainly on point in this tremendous reminder for all of us (brothers) Insha'allah it is a benefit for you as it is for me.

  • Alhamdullilah. At first I agree it was not easy to hear(with the raise voice and all) but then truth hurts. Actually Truth never hurts rather it is the resistance to Truth that hurts. This is a wake up call to our brothers who have been 'sleeping' all this time. We cannot be leaders to our family if we cannot be leaders to ourselves first.

  • Salaamu Alaikum. I watched all three of these videos, or rather, I listened. It is not easy, not if one was, as I was, raised in non Muslim culture and society, to hear these words, to live this life. I remind myself firstly, before I remind those who listen to this and read my words: This life is a test and a trial, and the reward is with Allaah Ta'Alaa. Allaah is al Adl, Allaah is al Hakeem, al Aleem, ar Raheem. We please Him, we do not follow the whispers or the desires. Jazak Allaah.

  • Masha'allah good talk, but why do they have to yell! It make me not want to listen.

  • i use to ask the same thing sista! but i now know that one of the reasons of loudness is because people fall to sleep in the crowd and by yelling they may stay alert ! and usually the people falling asleep are the ones that need to hear it the most ! but when the talks are over they usually stop yelling ,and they are some of the softest speaking people you can meet ,but when its time they can turn it up lol jazakallah khair for listening sista !

  • Narated by Jaabir bin Abdullaah Radiyallahu Anhu "Whenever Allaah's Messanger (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) delivered a Khutba(religious talk on fridays), his eyes would become red, his voice rose and his anger would become intensified, as if he was like one warning an army" ......till the end of the hadith : Hadith number 360, Book of Salah, Bulugh Al-Maraam.

  • jazakallah khair

  • @tailr barakAllaahu fikum! SubhanAllaah...and best guidance is the guidance of Muhammed(salalahu alaihiwasalaam).
