NFS 4 had it all :D different weather conditions (rain, snow, sunny etc), that affected the handling of the car, it also had a damage system that when turned on affected your car's performance.

Hmm what else ah yes day/night driving conditions :) that was a lot of fun, night time driving with damage turned on :) so you could brake your headlights :D and see nothing
