Ahhhh...This movie was pretty nice. Not top-market horror, but it's scary enough. My main complaint is that when I heard that it was going to be written by the guy who did Dark Knight, I was hoping that it would be very involved and complicated. When in reality, it's not too hard to figure out.

Agreed..if we're talking hollywood horror that is...Euro Horror is an intirely different story. Have you seen Inside, High Tension or the upcomming Martyrs? now 'those' are horror movies. Not this garbage, which is targeted at the young teenage audience(which dont know any better) and doesn't have ounce of originality. It's pure roll your eyes cheese, but it will still make a ton of money sadly

Nah, i really want to see it though, but its so hard to get a hold of, like Inside. I'll probably have to order it online sometime. As for the Remake Quarintine, it looks pretty weak(big suprise there),but i've seen some clips from Rec though, and damn, it does look pretty scary.

...Oh, and Another one to check out(that's actually american horror) is 'Splinter' which is coming out this month on DVD which is said to be pretty good, and definitly check out Martyrs coming out on DVD in Feb. Apperantly its much more messed up than Inside, and Inside was pretty damn messed up. but what a fantastic horror movie it was, the music score was haunting, the film felt real and overall it was just intense and very brutal, one of the best horror movies i've seen in years.

If you haven't seen it, try out 'Session 9' a nice little chiller set in an abandoned mental asylum with a British American cast. Only downside is that David Caruso's in it but you can ignore him.
