Like if you put water into the freezer and take it out before its completely frozen, the sides are all ice and the middle is still liquid. Its probably not beer and is a chemical reaction.

dumb, this happens all the time when u freeze a beer, often times when u take it out of a freezer its liquid for a few seconds - 30 seconds but eventually will start to freeze once its opened. pretty retarded that those guys are laughing about it also since its nothing special and they obviously knew it was gonna happen.

Also, It's probably fast as everyone is demonstrating it in room temperature, this is Russia, which is probably -20 Celsius during the winter, which could tell the slow freezing.

it was supercooled earlier, by the outside or in a fridge....it only means that it is was very very cold before hand. this isn't an argument this is a fact, for it to naturally freeze that fast it would have to be -30degrees F...and it only gets that cold very far north or south and they are in some form of a city/town so it is most likely not under -20 degrees
