Harvard, Stanford and MIT are top notch, so you got that right. But you forgot Princeton. Oxford, Cambridge, Yale and Caltech are too low. The best university in Asia is the University of Tokyo, and has been for the past century. Beida is good, along with Tsinghua, but not above so many other even better universities. No foreigners want to study at UNAM or all those Chinese universities. If foreigners don't want to pay for it, it's not a good university. It's that simple.
