it not from the governor if thats ur one motor thats all built up its would be from ur cam. it made 2 much oil compression. if you want to stick with a stock cam drill some holes in it. it willl keep the flow of oil running wont be compressed so much
bullshit you dont have to have the govonor in a small motor,i have always taken them out and havent blown a motor yet,and ive been working on them for a loooooooooong time

Damn that sucks you always have to get a high speed oil dipper when you modify these I think they where only designed to spin 3600 rpm.
