how do those gears do on the highway, I plan on dropping twin turbos in my 95 and I'm debating on what gears i want in the rear end. I want something quick out of the hole but still want the top end

Gunsnroses please do not try to debase someone when you have no idea youself what they are. They are sequential tail lights. You can get it done by adding a chip to the wiring of the tail lights.
No, Headers refers to an after market long-tube Exhaust component that bolts directly to the Head. All cars come stock with a more restrictive "exhaust manifold." They are not the same thing, and no all cars do not have headers.
