In my opinion Charlie simply used Busted to get famous and then dropped them right when they were starting to do great things. Charlie basically couldn't get famous by himself so used other peoples talent to propel himself into the stage light. None of the boys have had the success in their own projects that Busted had right when Charlie split them up.
