  • It's not impossible. I used to bullseye womp rats in my T-16 back home, they're not much bigger than two meters.

  • Props

  • everyone else is just jealous. if i had a chance and i knew i could make it i would have taken that shot

  • don't listen to these babies. good shot. i'm sick of these people, everyone has something negative to say. take your pc and smash it against your head till you noodles come out.

  • press 2 and than 6

  • Anyone who is capable of making a shot like that is less likely to wound the animal at 950m than your average hunter at 300m. I'm sorry but there was nothing unsportsmanlike about that. Clean kill, sir.

  • @chefjayson1979...if he is a military trained sniper he should be using his fieldcraft to get within sensible range. The quarry deserves respect. If you want to shoot at those distances DO IT ON A RANGE!

  • ...And now the journey to get it.

  • okay bob lee swagger

  • Achivement Unlocked

  • Wow

  • isnt this timmys bro

  • That was not 950 yards. The round reached there to quickly.Do your home work before making up stories.Thank you.

  • @travelertim88

Why are you hating dude? Time of flight at that range/bullet weight is 1.2 seconds.....Which that was....

  • @shannon4617 Wrong,and a shot like that is stupid and irresponsible.Thats why.

  • @travelertim88

Look I don't know the guy but if he has Sniper training, that isn't a very hard shot to engage a non-moving target.

I have routinely along with countless others do 5-6 1/2 in groups at 1000....That will kill anything....Thats 5 shots into something about as round as a face.....No disrespect just saying dude...

  • I have not hunted in years!!! Damn good shot, I doubt I could do this @ 100 yards

  • Firstable America is the continent Yack ,is not a country why you're the only Idiots that are thought since school?? ,for your info America the continent is divided in 3: North America,Central America, and south america. Secondly that was un Ugly shoot, without an scope your lost ,I shoot farther than you with out that shit, why dont you go to afganistan and shoot a real killing targets ..afraid to be the target??!!

  • Hey Tree Huggers Happy Cow.Com get out of here. Don't come back on the education shit as normal. Probably have more education and money than you times 10. If your interested I'll invite you to my place and we can go hunting together.I promise I won't give you the special hat. As for anyone who isn't sure on long range shooting. If you have the right equipment and knowledge, its easy. Like planting a tree.

  • and your hill bill red neck talking gage me alergies.... im not a fucking comunist ,got my own busines and I have a house ,no foreclosure shit or rhe American Nightmare meaning dream is all BS ja ja ja

  • Holy crap... that was an amazing shot :-)

  • Damn Ignorant!! I wonder Why much of North Americans Are so Ignorant and close minded like you, your goverment Lies to you left to right and no one say anything and who ever stands up got killed or die for misterious consequences.......Education is only granted to some minorities and the rest becomes the regular "Joe" consumer with no brains because it has to be like that.......

  • @Zoyuz07 First off your grammer gave me cancer, secondly are you a communist? Better yet I don't care, iam to busy wearing these new shoes I got! The box said extra child labor so I had to get them!

  • @Zoyuz07 y are we talking about america being so bad t=is this video about america lying to us no its about a nice shot now shutup make a coment like nice shot and than watch another video

  • Nice shoot !

  • exactly is not funny its horrible to kill an inocent been that can defent itself from a supposely superior thinking human been. take the position of the deer for a minute think that youre the deer, you go out for eat,got to come back for your lil pups, family and you never make it back because a very intelligent been shoot you with no warning and filmed and brag about it for fun so how would you feel????

  • @Zoyuz07 shut up....its nature...i dont hear u crying when a wolf or any other carnivore runs it down and kills it?it still cant defend its self?? ..exactly...stop posting narrow minded comments like this..

  • @hellzsniper666 Because they are animals,,ok they act for instinct because they dont have any other meanings to survice(dont have hands or brains to create things) but supposely humnas are a more evolve race and can live in another level without the need of kiling for flesh or pleasure

  • @Zoyuz07 go hug a tree faggot

  • @Zoyuz07 first of all deer dnt have pups u idiot and second of all the baby FAWNS follow the mom around and bucks dont stick around they skrew the doe and than they go skrew anotherdoe and second of all wut the difference between us and a mountian lion a mountian lion will go 20 ft up in a tree and jump on a deer and kill it we go up 20 feet in a stand and we shoot the deer and we eat it now the people who shoot deer and dont eat it is the people who piss me off so just shut up and say nice shot

  • nice shot & Zoyuz07 is a pussy

  • @Gaboster69 your and Ignorant Morron

  • not funny

  • @Zoyuz07 it isnt suposed to be funny

  • Dirty Fugger!!!!

  • i like when he says dirty booger

  • Nice shot!

  • kinda takes the sport outa hunting shooting something at that range.

  • wow 1 1/2 sec hang time. just stoned him to eh.

  • No one brags about going to the grocery store to pick up a pound of ground meat for supper. In contrast, these guys will be talking for years about how hard they worked at getting the deer from spotting it,to the calculations to make the shot and THEN going after it once it was down. "If it can't get away,it ain't free range." Ted Nugent

  • Maybe I missed it when they said what gun was used.I've heard of folks using a .50BMG at that range for deer and the technique used is basically crew served hunting:1 shooter,1 spotter and 1 guy doing the range, elevation and windage calculations.

  • wow thats a crazzzzy shot, nice job...being a avid hunting myself though, i think shooting anything more than 300 yards away is cheatin....first, have to give the animal a fair chance. Second, have a much better chance of wounding, not killing...Great shot, but next time shoot a target, or a barrel..JMO.

  • long walk

  • fake

  • People on here are so stupid. "How can you tell it was a clean shot?" Hmm, maybe because it dropped dead on the spot you stupid fucking cunt!!! I bet you fuckers hate guns too. Lets see what happens to this country if that bill gets passed. You will be watching men line up to fuck your wife in your own house, unable to protect yourself. Then they will all smoke cigarettes, and go back for seconds....

  • @striker3523 well spoken my friend.

  • @striker3523 Wow..... someone missed their coffee this morning...

  • helluva shot

  • thats a tough shot. now you have to go get him.

  • Seriously what would these liberal pussies whine about if we started putting up field dressing videos.

  • Over half a mile.

  • good shot not impossible thou ive seen guy's shoot prarie dog s at 600 to 700 yards a lot smaller target ive also seen yoties shot at just over 1000 yards never say impossible

  • wow

  • wow nice shot

  • Oh... Holy crap. What a shot.

  • The fact of the matter is you could not be sure of a clean kill at that range. I'm a huge proponent of hunting but the welfare of the quarry must come first. I can't imagine you would be able to quickly dispatch that animal with a second shot were it required. The privilege of hunting game like that comes also with a responsibility. Amazing shot though, no doubt.

  • @hesaurus

Yep..heck..I like to be close when I shoot..... 70 yards maybe.....the closer the better. But I guess if your a sniper for the US Marines this is just a walk in the park...

But not fair chase in my book at all. (that had to be a brain or perfect neck shot though for the deer to just fall over like that)

  • @hesaurus quit crying

  • @hesaurus i dounno man, he could be a military trained sniper 950 yards would be nothing for those guys

  • @hesaurus

If you have been trained, thats not really that hard....If it was moving like I've had to do at times is when it gets if'y....You have a sub moa gun, known distance, wind speed and direction, Baro pressure, temp and rotation of earth....(Ballistics Computer) lol

  • quit watching movies, your not a sniper, so shut up .

  • @hesaurus The fact is you cannot be certain of a kill at any range. Shit happens. You are just whining because he demonstrated skill which you cannot approach.

  • that shot was nice to the guy at the bottom that sounded NOTHING like a .50 cal going off it was most likely a .308, 300win mag something in that range

  • OOHHH!!! PURTY BOOGER!!!

    haha.. awesome shot...

  • shot mate pitty it wasnt an arib muslin durka sand nigga bastard

  • 950 isnt that impossible with a sniper usually more distance means the bullet with gain speed and velocity

  • learn physics

  • @TBA8o8 lol it wont gain speed or velocity. the fuckin bullet isnt rocket propelled. its not like it kicks in after burners after its fired. it can only get slower with flight time. the only good thing about these long shots is it gives the bullet plenty of time to expand so when a target gets hit it gets rocked by a slower moving larger projectile.

  • @JimmyLipp You retard the bullet doesn't expand until impact!

  • @joshuawgarner yea youre right. the heat from the powder explosion isnt hot enough to make the lead expand since metal doesnt expand when heated. you fucking idiot.

  • @JimmyLipp if the bullet expanded when it was heated the fucking gun would explode

  • wow. I was like thinking "doesn't seem like 950 yards" but I knew the camera was zoomed in...

when he zoomed all the way out i was like " DAAAAAAAAMN"

  • you could do that with a 7mag

  • all i can say is "DAMNN! Hll of a shot"

  • Well......if you got it.....it wasn't an 'impossible' shot, was it you Cockend!

  • holy shit man what were you using a goddamn .50 cal? one hell of a shot

  • yeah cause that sounded like a 50 cal. you fucktard.

  • learn sarcasm douche?

that deer wouldnt exist anymore if that were a .50 cal

  • @joh04667 No at 1000 yards it would be equivalent to a 45 at point blank. Massive internal damage not exploding deer.

  • cant really accuratly tell the yardage but the travel time of the bullet is right. or as right as u can guess without knowing bullet weight n powder charge n shit but nice shot what kind of gun n bullet were u usng because a 1k yard shot is really nice especially sense it droped and didnt even move just dropped

  • No one noticed that he said dirty booger. Thats funny! LOL

  • What the fuck man, brought your sniper team buddy?

  • holy freakin crap that was one hell of a shot...unbelievable

  • mmas....not every idiot can guess droppage for that kind of shot. there's whats called minute of angle. for the m40a3 sniper rifle we use in the marines....minute of angle is 1.0441996 inch drop at every 100 yards. we use a shmidt and bender scope not available to the public. its hard to find a gun on market that holds a minute of angle for over 700 yards. the army uses a weak m24 that holds minute of angle for 800 yards

  • @cccfish1022

Shouldn't a rifle shooting an MOA at 100 yds still be shooting a MOA at any range?

    Example: 100 yds = 1.044 inch group

    and 800 yds = 8.352 inch group

  • in perfect conditions yeah. But in reality a rifle holding a 1 inch group at 100 yds will be holding a little less than a 2 inch group and 200yds, a little less at 300yds and so on. Why? The longer external ballistics have an affect on a bullet, the less accurate it becomes.

  • cccfish's comment was saying it was hard to find a rifle that would hold a minute of angle at over 700 yards. I was saying that I thought a rifle shooting a minute of angle at 100 yds will do the same at 700 yards.

  • Hunting at that range just requires a different skill set than most people possess. To do it responsibly anyway. Any idiot can guess at the drop and wind drift and miss..... or worse wound the animal. Guarantee you guys spouting off about bowhunting have wounded at least one or two. Otherwise you havent really been hunting.

  • what rifle and ammo were you using to make that amazing shot!!

  • that shits easy it just depends what kind of rifle your useing

    and ur right backwoodsbamaboy92 ...

olny real men hunt with guns

    i carry my trusty 30 30

  • only real men hunt with guns.

  • other then possibly a bow which in my opinion takes a lot of skill to hunt with.. What else, besides a gun can one use to hunt? TnT? Grenades? A vehicle? I'm just courius :]

  • peopel use guns, bows, those blow dart guns, spears, traps, so no need to smart off

  • I'm not smarting off, I was courious.

Spears? Really? are you talking about Africans? And is trapping really, hunting? Isn't it just.. trapping? As for the blow guns, I acctually own one of those and they would be.. ok for hunting I guess..

Like I said I'm not trying to smart off, I was just wondering.

  • traps! none lethal one for that matter :)

  • LoL anti-hunters have no idea about the plight they would be in without us. Game animal population would explode and cause all kinds of problems ecologically.

How do they feel when they wreck their precious hybrid into a deer, totaling the car and possibly causing serious injury to them and their loved ones. Now imagine that x100.

Not to mention the all the money we spend goes back into preservation and conservation.

  • @doomayam Dang right on the conservation funds that hunters foot the bill for and non hunters get a free ride on.I buy a hunting/fishing license every year even if it turns out I don't have the time to go.

  • Great shot! I thought I did well with an 868yrd shot.

  • Impressive shot for sure. Lots of tasty venison meat and a good rack as well.

  • you can't see a fuckin rack on that pussy boy!!! that's not hunting that's pussy shit...get a bow faggot

  • suck devilcock in hell.

  • Don't really like the fact you shot a deer. But good shot XD

  • finch 0420 killed it

  • farrrr owt umm jst 2 questions how did yu find the bloddy well deer in the 1st place and um wot gun is that

  • Why the hell do you people have a problem with hunters? They kill an animal quick and clean most of the time and they eat it too. Damn.

  • ya no kiddin. we started out hunting for survival, whether u people believe in God or evolution, which i dont agree with evolution, but thats besides the point. either way, we started out hunting for survival and what the hell makes people think its gonna change ya know? and besides, it is the healthiest, tastiest meat i have ever had. so ya, i agree.

  • YO maz, if they eat the deer or use its skin/bones, then I don't have a problem with it. But if you just kill an animal for no reason, or worse yet, just let it rot there, that is despicable.

  • @Gunnar00 Where was it said that they just left it there?Just because the video doesn't show the processing and rendering the deer into meal sized portions and the people enjoying the meat doesn't mean that they wasted the meat and disrespected the deer.

  • @doughesson I never said the makers of THIS video disrespected the deer. My comment was a general statement re: hunters and hunting generally. If you follow the thread/the person I responded to, you'll see we never discussed the specific video at all.

  • @Maz931 i just dont like when they kill poor canines like cyotes or foxes

  • @madnesscombat5 Coyotes are varmints that damage crops/local wildlife/farm life. On top of that, they easily get overpopulated and carry rabies when the population is high. I've got no problem taking one.

  • @7h3647h32in6

Yea..but as a hunter personally my rule is..you shoot it..you eat it...I just shoot deer.....because I eat it. But I am not planning to eat coyotes, wolves, cougars ext.......

As for being damaging....humans do a pretty good job of doing that too.

  • @equarg That's your rule, doesn't make you any better by arbitrarily choosing guidelines for you to abide by.

Human agriculture is a fact of nature now. Its our responsibility to do it sustainably and not cause more harm than we need to. Coyote population explosion is like pollution to the environment. Normally they're predated on by wolves and bears, but in their absence, coyotes need to be managed by us to prevent them from killing off other species such as birds/hares.

  • @7h3647h32in6

Yea I agree about the coyotes...I actually wish we had more wolves and bears ext....with out big predators..the smaller predators over populate rapidly. That same problem was happening in Yellowstone NP.

A lot it "Idiot hunters" have told me that man is the best..and should be the only predator since all other predators are a danger to us and are destructive.

LOL....It seems most people forget that WE are the most destructive/ dangerous predators! Nature does not need us at all.

  • @madnesscombat5 Poor canines????WTF?????? How about all those "poor little lambs, calves, kids, and bunnies that those f'ing 'poor canines' hunt down and kill? You think that is bad? Fucking dogs kill for sport! If a coyote, fox and especially some city fuck's dog is killing my livestock......I have a special gun for those. In fact the next time I see a dog or coyote killing my livestock, I am gonna think of you-right before the red spray. Have a nice day!

  • @1970Texican ok if they are killing your livestock then kill them.. but please make it painless they are only doing it becuase of instincts.

  • damn wtf were u using to shoot that?

  • Amazing shot ! when it zoomed out at the end my jaw droped

Just for my piece of mind that was a buck yea ? I think i can see the antlers as its head goes back , cant imagine they would have taken it otherwise .

  • BABABABABABAB BULLSEYE!!!!!!

  • is that bob lee swagger taking the shot?

  • hahaha. that is an awsome movie.

  • BOOM STOMACHSHOT

  • Thats good!

  • IMO I would never take a shot like that even if I knew it was a good kill.

What are teaching our younger hunters? it ok to take the chance on wounding a deer?

It was a great shot. but never do this unless you know how to shoot a Rifle.

  • It takes more to make this shot successful than just knowing how to shoot a rifle. You must have the proper gun, cartridge, equipment, and knowledge. But once you can obtain all of this, it really isn't as hard as it looks. I shoot milk jugs at 700 yards with my .223 Remington with light varmint bullets, this also requires 19 MOA of elevation adjustment.

    Braxton

  • What are we teaching are younger hunters???? Thats what huntings about, thats what i'll be teaching my kids! Load there own, an make it a skill..

  • Are you teaching young hunters about the Zionist agenda to rule the world. That VP Biden brags about being a Zionist. Our Chief of Staff is poster boy for Zionism. That it's good to starve, beat, murder Palestinians with weapons USA supplies the occultist state of Israel. Yeah, teach the young hunters well fellow American.

  • Are you on drugs? Are you mental?

  • Huh?

  • google "shooter" movie

  • it's from the movie shooter you fucktard. and no, i'm not on drugs anymore...

  • Well apparently this guy knows how to shoot a rifle...

  • dumbshits............now you will have to walk way over 1900 yards to get him out! nice canyon too! hope you have good boots! lol

  • im sure they have something called a ATV dumbass

  • oh yeah shit for brains....i see it right there next to the helicopter

  • Hardly impossible, my .300 RUM could shoot 950 yards all day and not break a sweat, let alone a .338 Edge. With the proper load, my .300 RUM will go out past a mile, the .338 Edge even further. By the way this deer was shot by a member from defensive edge, I believe it was the owner, Shawn Carlock who was never a marine sniper, yet a swat sniper, he also wildcatted the .338 Edge that took this deer.

    Braxton

  • nice shot

  • amazing

  • omg, dam good shot

  • "DIRTY FUCKER!" lol, downright hilarious.

    Nice shot.

  • impressive to the max well shot

  • Nice shot!!!

  • That was a good ass shot!

  • SCUMBAG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • well dont watch if you know its gunna happen bitch

  • Killer shot, truly impressive. Just hope a bunch of poor shot dumbass' don't start trying this on there own.

  • that was to hcclaudiu

  • Ok haha, I am now officially out of this debate. So have a good week. Oh and please make sure to read all the other posts. I am not trying to be mean, I just deal with a lot of people swearing at me and calling me dumb things. I just like for people to understand who I really am. Thanks.

  • I read all your posts and I get what your trying to say, and for the most part I think you get what I was trying to say, I wasn't trying to be mean either, I use "profanaties" as a part of my every day language so don't be put off by that, I'm only mean with dickheads and such, you have a good week too

  • Lol I am back. You said "you can improvise one,and that'll get you off your butt even more than a hunt" I replied "You are very uninformed, hunting takes a lot of time and dedication. Heck, last year I hiked well over 30 miles bow elk hunting, and didn't even get one." (uninformed about how much time and dedication a hunt takes) Anyways, thanks for your understanding. Yes I could buy food, but I don't really see the difference with me harvesting it for my family and I.

  • yea I wasn't reffering to your kind of hunting I was reffering to the kind of hunt these guys are doing

  • I will not be replying to this video any more.

  • (final) Actually, I am done, enough of my time has been spent. I hope you actually read what I have written, understand and have respect for it. Have a good week.

  • (continued #6 and final unless you want to continue) ...Community service, and do further activities related towards the preservation, conservation, and regaining of animal habitat health and respect. I am studying to be a natural/forest biologist, forester, park ranger, national park ranger, forest service officer, DNR employee etc etc etc. I will keep going if you want.

  • (continued #5) I contribute to the saving of game habitat through several organizations, because I enjoy spending my time in it and they deserve it. I hunt, hike, backpack, camp, fish, mountain bike etc etc etc etc. I am going to enroll in a program called (master hunter) where I do hands on regeneration of lost animal habitat.

  • (continued #4) FYI I don't really agree with this type of hunting, I believe it gets away from the traditional nature of the lifestyle. However, I don't have any say on how they choose to hunt, so I respect them. Personally I choose to hunt mainly by modern bow, and traditional longbow that I make myself. I believe in giving game the fair chance that they would have had back in previous generations.

  • (continued #3) I could go on and on about this. Unfortunately I will probably soon run out of posts on this video.

  • (continued #2)

I have been elk hunting with friends and family for years in an area were the average success rate is around 6.5% My father got an elk this year. His first in about 10 years. I have been elk hunting for 5 years, tagging along for 12 years. I have yet to harvest an animal. Now tell me Its about fun of killing the animal...

  • (continued) Plus, explain to me how I was being hypocritical? I fail to see myself being hypocritical at all in my previous post. Tell me how you would improvise a trap? I wasn't talking about penalizing anything or anybody. You are very uninformed, hunting takes a lot of time and dedication. Heck, last year I hiked well over 30 miles bow elk hunting, and didn't even get one. Yes you were right in your original post. I hunt for fun. The fun is the journey that takes you to the harvest.

  • nice to see somebody who actually admits that he's hunting for fun, and it's ok, but don't fuckin tell me that you're hunting for food and that you have no other alternatives because that some big bullshit, and uninformed about what? everybody is uninformed about something, perhaps you should be more specific

  • 0:21 ? "urker"?

  • that aint fair huntin

  • Very good (or lucky) shot. Since I don't know the shooter's skill or training (or firearm), I can't really say which it was. I was trained as a Forward Observer/Sniper and I wouldn't try a shot that far away on a deer, for risk of injuring it. That's just my opinion though.

  • thats not an impossible shot ive seen on the best of the west they do that daily lol

  • Its not an impossable shot if it was done. an imposible shot would be like doing that throgh twelve feet of reinforced steel...with a slingshot. someone could always do the same thing better.

  • you guys are wasting your time. you should just do what I do. being that I am a convicted felon Im not supposed to own a firearm. so what I do is I drive up and down gilroy and hollister backroads and I take whatever i see standing. I do it from the road then I come back later to pick it up. I just take the meat I need and I leave the body to be disposed of by the property owner, whoever that is but who cares. anyone of you into guys? hit me up for some meat.... Real Meat!

  • WOW

  • fuckin vegan

  • Thats shooting not hunting why not get up off your fat arses and try some stalking and keep the long range stuff for the range

  • Booza, I don't doubt YOU eat animals you hunt and I agree - deer meat is good. BUT! Shooting a deer across the river... I seriously doubt they did it for food. And it's NOT an impossible shot. I've seen better shots. Try Russian SVD. 1200 yards - EASILY!!!
