Could someone explain to me why the clip becomes pixilated as soon as I move it to the project spot in the above right section? I want to perform this action, but it's useless to me because the quality is heavily reduced. In the Event section below the clip does have the original quality. I don't get why this changes?

I had to use my videocamera upside down for better angle and forgot to set it for upside down mode to record; I needed to rotate the video in iMovie instead! Thanks, brief and to the point!!!
