i had posted A COMMENT but i gonna reply to you he IS infact speaking patois wat is known in the caribbean as english patois aka broken english which is a mixture of different languages which goes back to slavery times and being taken over by french and spanish... OK. this "patois" is similar to that spoken in Saint vincent and the grenadines and would not be undrstood by foreigners..
