Not exactly. There IS a Jacob's Ladder wheelchair reference, but it's on an area with absolutely no music. The wheelchair he mentioned is actually a reference to Session 9, another inspiration for Silent Hill.

@Lordrandom1 The one in the Hilltop Center, behind the glass, is actually a reference to Session 9. There really is a wheelchair that is a shout out to Jacob's Ladder, but that's in the basement of Brookhaven Hospital.

This is one of the most ominous atmospheres Yamaoka ever made, and the otherworld office complex is the closest SH3 got to Silent Hill 1's level of pure horror and dread; of being in a fucking evil, malignant hell that's going to "get you" once the angry miasma that breathes within the cold, dead walls is done with the shattered souls upstairs. And from below the twisted grates, its many eyes are watching from the darkness of the bottomless pit.

It was easy to clear but I forgot to get the Katana on the Normal world (fail D:)

Once it does that it eats the Beef Jerky (if you brought it that far).

Once it does that, it's your chance to kill the slurper...(reccomend Katana or Steel Pipe) :3

@mariofannumber1 Yeah,complete annoyance.The best way to kill one is katana,but sometimes it doesnt work.This is all slurpers do:1.Walk around 2.Annoy the hell out of you 3.Knock you down when you're just about to kill it 4.Why does it have so much HEALTH. (shame on you konami =(

I recommend the pistol instead of melee weapons. After 2 shots the Slurper will play dead, and from the 3rd onwards, it'll squirm on the floor. 7 shots kill it.

@Gunner193 Well I suppose that'll work as well but it's better to use a melee weapon, perferably the Katana (best melee weapon for str. and spd.) but I've never used a gun on a Slurper, not even the unlockable ones. Guns are for wusses on enemies like that. ;P Plus, it even saves up ammo for bigger problems...
