  • interesting how it is all connected huh, you probably have some tightness in your shoulder that needs some stretching / aligning, this exercise draws everything in to your core and centers so, breathe and move slowly as you explore it good luck keep me posted

    effort becomes easier the more you practice anything

    the can be done while holding your breath or advanced stage while breathing naturally

  • @lethel4444 Listen to his breath at the end. This is very tiring. I have done it from time to time, still do it now and then. Never knew what exactly it was good for but it feels kinda nice when you do it. This was a very clear demonstartion.

  • @kozes Practice Practice Practice. Just play around with sucking in your gut (use your diaphragm) and work first on relaxing your stomach muscles. Then when they are really relaxed, try to just "twitch" them to flex it. If you do this several minutes a day, after a month or two, you will start getting the basic control down. You have to train your brain and neural paths before you can work on the movement.

  • How do you isolate and relax only the center abdominal muscles in the center stage?

  • i just got it today

    i did uddiyana bandha for 3 days straight

    and today i tried to isolate the center muscles (tip: push against your thighs with your hands) and im now able to isolate only the right or the left part of the center muscles but i can't roll them from left to right yet

    i say: practice practice practice
