@kozes Practice Practice Practice. Just play around with sucking in your gut (use your diaphragm) and work first on relaxing your stomach muscles. Then when they are really relaxed, try to just "twitch" them to flex it. If you do this several minutes a day, after a month or two, you will start getting the basic control down. You have to train your brain and neural paths before you can work on the movement.
Can anyone tell me if Kriya yoga enhances male sexual potency and develop stronger erections? Or does it do the opposite? Any personal experience tp prove your answer, or the experience of someone you know?

it took me 6mo to get it down good and its a lifetime practice
effort becomes easier the more you practice anything
