@Admiralos686 had a quick look at your this is zlin video and alot of the shots wont work with tilt shift, most shots need to be high angle to have a convincing effect, look at Keith Loutit's work and have a look at how all his shots are from above. And to get this effect I used adobe after effects in my video its fairly simple in that, and there are plenty of tutorials on youtube to show how to do it in after effects

I know its suppose to look fake but how does something real pro-ject like its a miniature city or a model of something, i don't quite understand how they do it??? The cars look like miniature models and the trees look they have been man made. HELP!! Everything looks fake, how do they do it???

@Johncarson9113 its just focus on the camera with a tilt-shift lens or done with an editing software that changes the focus of the clips and it gives it the effect. idk really why it does but it does. lol research it if you really wanna know

Bluring the top half of the screen is NOT tilt shift. The edge between blurred and focused is far too sharp for an awful lot of these scenes.

I know. - way too shallow. I was attempting to be funny. But I have to agree with phaota - "the tilt-shift technique just doesn't work with the views used in the video."

These dynamic subjects just make the video look poorly focused.
