@gigaboat i fly air france freqtly you cant say that man, better and safer than aa , ba, iberia and others etc, skill and the best maintenance team, modern aircrafts, way better food and care. I flew a lot of com airliners, air france is the best.

@MrMouns63 . I was 100% correct when I posted over 1 year ago . Air France crashed into another aircraft on the taxiway . the first A380 crash . Qantas had engine failure due to design fault , not a crash . Air France crew crashed . Air France have a long history of failure . The truth hurts .

Well, that's not how the plane has been marketed so I doubt airlines would lower their fares. The A380 has been marketed to "provide a revolutionary flying experience to passengers" and it doesn't come cheap with a one way ticket from MEL-LAX costing $23000 (yes, $23000)!

a verry good plane, but where can you get 555 passengers in these times? the smaller 747 can not be full, i think the airlines will lose the money as this A380 plane have to be full seated in order to be profitable, otherwise the maintenence and fuel fees blow up investors money.

Retiring old 747 and replace them with 777 or other wide body jets on other 747 route. Hence, dispatch Airbus A380 to those denser area to gain profits from there. If Airbus A380 mend to be a economy failure, why should Air France continue to place their orders?

It will be alternating routes for example: It will do CDG-JFK one day and CDG-YUL another and so on. I will be flying it in June 2010 on my way to italy can't wait.

this video was filmed at the airbus factory in Hamburg, Germany just after painting was finished. Last week I saw it in one of the six halls getting its interior. The second Air France A380 also arrived a few weeks ago and is getting prepared for painting...
