probly cause the name for sponge bob square pants is shorter the digital change would have looked weird

besides that its easier to just digitly change words to pics than to actually change every time it shows the words sponge bob square pants into french...

i mean i read about it online but seeing it and how short the title is in french i see why its diffrent

Personnellement je préfère en Français...

I think the French version is more satirical than the English version.
