  • The woman performing this exercise is doing it correctly.

    1) DO NOT look at the weight the whole time. Period. Pay no attention to secondsunn4 below. A better option would be to look at yourself in the mirror the whole time.

    2) There are many acceptable ways to do the Turkish sit-up (get-up). This isn't religion, FriggnDiggn, it's an exercise. This leg tuck version actually is much more appropriate for a mixed martial artist. I do and teach it myself for that very reason.

  • also, your leg should sweep to your outside, not tuck it under your other leg ;]

  • nice...but if had to be picky you should be looking at the weight the whole time...keep it up though

  • This is a good total body exercise. I just did two of these each hand, and man they are tough.
