@HypnoseOwnsYa to unlock the Courtesan or ''girl'' as you call her, you must have played Brotherhood multiplayer, because she comes from brotherhood, once you have played Brotherhood multiplayer, you will unlock her, as for the Ottoman Jester, you can find him in the Signature Edition of Revelations

You get the Jester by getting the Signature Edition of ACR.

You get the courtesan if you have play ACB ( and finished to level 50) on the same account and console as you are playing on with ACR.

Ancestor pack is 320 Microsoft Points.

i got the Vlad the impaler mission and the crusader and also the ottoman jester from HMV and yes they all look pretty bad compared to the crusader,but the renegade and jester still look badass
