ok so i stopped smoking yesterday and this is my new nicotine.......today is day one of thirty to a beauty booty. I just finished my work out I am 130 pound 5'6" and I want to gain 15 pounds but healthy...... and Im going to update u daily ok, so wish me luck!

@plejoi yes, you can make your butt bigger, but you won't get a "fatty" or a "fat" butt, instead you'll get a large "muscle" butt...the size can increase just same as any other muscle size can increase... check out some pics of body builders to see what i mean...and as far as increasing the difficulty, you can always add more weight into the equation either at home or at the gym, just as long ofcourse your still focusing on all three gluteal muscles

@mewwwbaby your thighs are suppose to hurt. It means that they are shaping and getting stronger. If you feel the burn its really good. This happens because you are burning off fat and your thighs are developing and releasing acids. Keep it up cause these workouts do work!

@wearesilver22 It's shortened for "repeat's." Basically It's the total amount of times you should perform the exercise. Generally you should do 12 reps per set if you're just starting out. 1 set is how many reps you perform in a row. For example if you do 12 reps, take a break for 4min then do another 12. You performed 2 sets. Hope this helped.
out of all the butt exercises I've searched on Youtube, this one seems like it's actually doing something! I feel the burn right away! This is a great exercise!! I personally liked the part for the inner thighs workout, when you had the paper towel under your foot. I thought to myself "Oh dusting the floor AND a great workout?! its BRILLIANT!" lol :) please keep making informative and clear exercise videos :D

@itsiIlmatic yea i seen results big time..after i been doin them...i got lots of compliments sain "my ass got big" and that im tartin to have an ass..i do them about 4 times a week and do as much as you can...just push your self to do them even though u cant...itll deffintely help

I started doing these everyday some days ago, maybe I should get my measuring tape out and have something to refer to in a few weeks time to see the difference :)
