  • @pinktwixgirl56 Im 140 and 5'6" but I wish I was 130 haha... I dont think 130 at 5'6" is too light, but it all depends on your body composition and build etc... sounds good to me though!

  • @plejoi yes, you can make your butt bigger, but you won't get a "fatty" or a "fat" butt, instead you'll get a large "muscle" butt...the size can increase just same as any other muscle size can increase... check out some pics of body builders to see what i mean...and as far as increasing the difficulty, you can always add more weight into the equation either at home or at the gym, just as long ofcourse your still focusing on all three gluteal muscles

  • @Irongamer97 this will make your arse bigger mate! cause youre gonna gain muscle. if you want to get rid of the fat, do some cardio! dont waste your time doing this. it is a good workout, but it doesnt suit you, if you are just too big below the waist ;) this is for the slim guys that dont have an arse, if ya understand :)

  • @mewwwbaby your thighs are suppose to hurt. It means that they are shaping and getting stronger. If you feel the burn its really good. This happens because you are burning off fat and your thighs are developing and releasing acids. Keep it up cause these workouts do work!

  • what does 12 min reps/ 25 max reps mean???

  • @wearesilver22 - It means you should be doing between 12-25 reps of each exercise!

  • @chrae9 Except later on it says you should start off with 10-15 reps

  • @wearesilver22 It's shortened for "repeat's." Basically It's the total amount of times you should perform the exercise. Generally you should do 12 reps per set if you're just starting out. 1 set is how many reps you perform in a row. For example if you do 12 reps, take a break for 4min then do another 12. You performed 2 sets. Hope this helped.

  • Some trainers advocate bending much more forward than usual for squats (instead of keeping the back neutral) to shift the weight to the butt. Can't seem to tell what's the difference, though, or if it'd hurt the back.

  • @Drake00000010 It will make it better. If you have a big butt it should smoothe it out and make it firmer. If you have a butt but its kinda flat or not that round, it will lift a tighten and put everything in place therefore making it bigger.

  • These are some of the best exercises for flat butt syndrome! Great video. If you have no booty you gotta do this stuff weekly to maintain your results.
