i appreciate your fingering technique... something that a lot of "pop" bassists don't even bother learning. so thumbs for that brother... however, this song is played with a pick, and if you're trying to imitate the dude's sound, you need a pick. plus... this song, kind of unfortunately, just sounds better with a pick. besides that, fuck yea with the fingering!.. go learn some jazz tunes or some chili peppers and what not!

it's a Yamaha RBX 170 i think, it looks exactly the same as mine except from mines black without the wood effect

Good guess, but it's actually a Yamaha RBX 260. Don't know the exact price, but it's pretty cheap. Got it since I'm just starting on bass.

That bass looks similar to mine, and Ibanez SR series. I'd REALLY suggest it if you're looking for an upgrade. It's about $300 new, but it's worth every single penny - I use that thing for EVERYTHING. It's a 24 fret, so there's no adjusting to a 22. -fist pump- :)

Anyways, great cover - keep it up! Especially if you're starting off. I'd suggest trying to play PDA next - SO fun to play! :D
