A nuke does 2 things that would make this shot impossible:
1. It's flash is brighter than the sun. It would burn the camera's light receptors. They use special cameras to film nuclear explosions.

So if the military chooses to use one they are not having more power than what they need. So you can call it a Tactical Nuke.
