In season 1 episode 18 (bad moon rising), Rikki falls under the full moon and her powers go out of control so if she touches anything it burns. she went to Mako island where zane was there as well looking for his "sea monster" that saved him in season 1 episode 13, and she kissed him and he goes unconscious.
