i want to record my scratches to cubase, so you just run the DJ mixer to the audio interface via the white and red cables (RCA cable i think)?? let me know thanks mate
I recently got a brand new Behringer VMX100 myself (for a super cheap $46.00). I can't wait to really get into using it. I'm trying to add a new "scratch DJ" style set-up to my studio, similar to the one like DJ Premier uses when making beats. How long have you been using your Behringer?

Try using your middle and index finger, and stiffen them up a little more. I think you would get more control and gain more speed that way, that's what works for me. Keep on scratchin'!
Keep at it! Every DJ has humble beginnings. It is good when people BAD MOUTH YOU!!! You need tough skin in the beginning. Also, study scratchin like us older cats had to do by recreating scrtches by JamMaster J, Jazzy Jeff..... Doing scratch tricks is cool but learn to rock a party cuz anybody can learn to scratch or play music but not everyone can rock a party. The Rane 57 SL is hands down the best mixer! Compact, powerful and rugged. The DJ makes the mix though.....Get your skills up. WORD!
