I don't even remember what else I was watching when Ancient Bards popped up on the right.  As a power/prog/fantasy metal fan, sci-fantasy reader and old AD&D player I just had to see.

After I got over my first impression of the video, I really started to appreciate this band.

First, the downsides: The story behind this album is silly & amazingly generic.

Upsides: Catchy tunes, Each artist is excellent, and I have a complete CRUSH on Sara. LOVE her vocals and accent. Great stuff - check it out!

This is an all-round good song! The problem is really the mixing and mastering...they suck big time! There's no headroom for all the instruments being played. The voice is not equalized to pull it's full potential. The music just seems to tight with no definition!
