Patrick hi. I'm speechless. Wow your understanding of poses is impressive. You come across so humble with a sense of humor (just like a Yogi should be). Please post more, eg: handstands, and jumpthroughs and jumpbacks. These are so helpful. It is frustrating to see other videos of people just doing a pose but not explaining what to do if you are a beginner. Blessings.
holy crap i was jus thinking the same thing.. this is a serious girl shape.. no joking around.. also she is cool because she uses some kung fu/ poses that I do which natuirally makes someone cool if they do stuff like me :D
That's not exactly true, a knees on the floor lotus is simply deeper. And if you're double binding the pose even the most flexible of students will be hard pressed to keep the knees down.
Looking forward to you posting a video of the "correct" lotus.
hahaha so I see people do the same thing with yoga vids as kung fu vids "this detail is wrong that detail is wrong" and so on... very few people accept things as they are and simply take in or cut away the things they encounter.. im surprised they arent arguing about who's lineage is better or proper or has been corrupted :D anyway thanks for sharing this vid! good journey brother
the only proper video/information maybe in whole of youtube/internet that I have come across which gives the common mistakes in lotus, the kind of flexibility required for lotus, the asana which gives this flexibility is posted by yogagarden .... and now you want to teach yogagarden how to do lotus ????????

she is doing the lotus posture wrong, both knees need to touch the floor, not float in space
