This is the "Le Bistro" by petmate (sold at petsmart).
My cat learned how to break into it after about 30 seconds. I was going to youtube it, but there are already dozens with similar videos.
This is a bad design, and doesn't work at all for food less than 1/2" diameter (which is all cat food).
There are much better products on the market.

I want to know also, are you still satisfied with it? Mine is pretty much unreliable and I am on the hunt for a new, better feeder. Mine gets jammed all the time and I can't depend on it to do its job!
