they are junk:

touch screen is crap.

occasionally call someone on accident while it is in my pocket--the touch screen lock unlocks itself.

if i am on the internet and decide to change from the inside screen to the outside touch screen (for bigger image and convenience of touch screen--it will more than 50% disconnect from the internet. perhaps it was subconscious that i stepped on it and cracked the screens and accidentally spilled water on it.

@cypresspeter2008 Or you treat your phone like crap... I've had mine for almost 2 years now and it still works like it did when I got it. If the screen starts to be less responsive you have to go Settings>Touch Settings>Calibration. Then it should work fine

I've had mine for almost two years now and I like it. (upgrading to the Droid Friday! Woot Woot =P ) If you want a really good phone I say get one with a glass screen they are usually MUCH more responsive then a resistive screened one. (but the glass ones all seem to have the $30 a month data thing D= ) Over all If you want this phone go for it its a great phone!

i agree. I have the Voyager and its broke 4 times! he charger slot breaks alot if your not careful. and sometimes it will restart for NO REASON! its quite annoying. and the touch screen sucks. I'm getting the EnV3 because personally i like buttons better than touchh.

glyde btw, has been updated to a newer firmware. it's really good, despite the bad reviews about the bad touch screen, it's been fixed now.

alias 2 is very nice imo, storm costs $30 more monthly so im not getting that, ENV2 is old, Versa is very nice too imo but expensive.
