That looks like a lot of fun flying over the sand, but is it hard on your machine during landings and takeoffs

We take off and land on our choice of surfaces depending on how far we want to fly to get to the dunes. A grassy dry lake bed is closest, followed by several dry lakes in the area and a paved runway 15 miles away. It's a blast!!!
