He wrote a great novel "Return from the Stars". Don't know whether it's translated into English but it's full of right things about future. Even money can be earned on some of his ideas. When they made "Solaris" movie all of Lem's ideas were turned inside out. Book "Solaris" is worth reading though it may seem to be difficult to read.

Only book i've read from him is the "Invincible" or something like that, where this great robot fought tnese insect-like creatures on a planet. I liked it a lot!

@zzzarr55 It is normal to be proud about the lenguage you share with Lem, I wish I could read the original versions of his books. But the fact is that English allows everything to spread around the world. I'm sure I would never be able to learn other languages than English, though I like to. That's why it would be great to have it translated, it would be able for all of us to understand. And I am not american nor English native speaker. I am spanish and I love Lem books. Brilliant man.

I'm glad I speak the language of Lem.His style of writing one can see only in his Polish text.But I agree translation is very useful for people who don't know polish at all.I think every his interviw should be with English subtitles.It's too important what he is saying to miss it.

Yes, a transcript would be wonderful. His works have deeply influenced the direction in my life. Philosophically, he has been an inspiration, practically he has helped me define some of the multi-decade goals of my life. (To write the story in one human minute.)

By the way... Lem is talking here about the future of the science and his words are JUST GREAT. Me personally can listen to him again and again and again... and I am really happy to have my personal record of that interview.

He is an absolute hero of mine just like for you :)
