i thought this video was great ,i understand kind of what you should eat with clean eating, but would like also to hear what you shouldn`t eat ,so i know what to stay away from like can i add oxo to my food i don`t know if these types of food are bad for me. thank you
Thank you so much for your video it is great. I'm new at eating clean and having a hard time following because alot of the clean eating advise is american and being in Ontario the stuff they recommend is not available in Canada and your video has helped with that. Thanks again
I think that this video is GREAT! Especially for beginning Clean Eaters. I have been a part of Holly's FYM until it switched over to pay per month and wish that I could still be a part of it but keep up the great work! also, following you on Twitter
