thats not a vertical wall run if you can already reach the top without jumping, and when u actually did the wall run u touched the roof with your hands before your feet hit the wall
dude you guys won't let it be how it is! we had no good places to go to when we made that so when we did it we used what we had. you guys just can't get over it!!! LOL pick one its either wall run or muscle up either way its a good tut in my opinion.
yeah thats not wallclimb and definitely not wallrun (well to me, at least. i usually think wallrun as running horizontally across the wall) please rename it?
the official term for it is a vertical wall run. alot of people know it as wall climb or muscle up thats why i posted it in my video as muscle up or vertical wall run, but i named it wall run tutorial.
I am confused. Are you trying to teach the vertical wall run or the muscle-up? They are usually known as two separate things. The vertical wall run contains a movement very similar to the muscle-up, but is different than the muscle-up in isolation. The muscle-up is done from a straight hang, while the wall run begins the similar movement with your palms already on top of the wall.
Also, I couldn't hear anything you said, as the song audio level was too loud.
yeah my program went weird, anyway it is a tutorial for both i figure you have to use them the same way only one way is running and the other is hanging, anyway thanks for the comment bro!
To me, the Muscle-up in isolation is quite different, because the technique and strength used to get the hands up on the wall is sort of confusing and takes a lot of training. You may consider renaming the video for the sake of confusion, but it is your call.
Too much shit music so I didn't hear a fucking word u said
