If you have "simple" astigmatism, you can avoid the use of a lens. That is what I would suggest. If your vision is "good enough" (read a Snellen eye chart), you could avoid glasses and contacts. I can't judge the lens, but it looks "postive". If it were me, I would avoid wearing a lens if I could.

I like without. But I think Glasses are a cute accessory. You can wear those lenses with just glass in the them, not perscription. That way you can do both! =]

I'd probably vote no glasses not because of the glasses themselves but because your frame is too prominent and heavy, you're quite pretty without so I'd go with metal or plastic next time so we can see more of your face :)

I really think you look better in your glasses. You have good taste because your frames are so nice and they really suit you. If you went with contacts you would most likely would have to wear RGP lenses as soft lenses don't work well correcting astigmatism. RGP lenses are uncomfortable to wear. You have pretty blue eyes so you might try contacts for a time. Without your glasses on you look a bit like Cher when she was young. All things considered I would say, stick with the glasses.

Yes, there is quite a difference between glasses and no glasses. Without glasses you have a long thin face. Glasses tend to make your face less long. Contacts don't do such a good job of correcting astigmatism. Withou correction yoú may get headaches. How much astigmatism do you have- what is the second number in your Rx-cylinder number?
