This is definitely fake. Regardless of the fact that I've played piano for almost 20 years and have degrees in music, one only has to look closely at where the balls go. These keys are at max 2" wide. I don't think a human could be this accurate. That keyboard is basically one digital trigger. Each time he hits it anywhere it will play the next pitch in the preprogrammed sequence. Basically all this guy is good at is throwing balls in rhythm (kind of). Fake. I welcome your scholarly dissent.

Here's a good example of that: Scroll to 1:34-1:35. There are two notes that are the same but are separated by 6-8" which on this keyboard would mean two very different notes. If you know the lyrics to "God Bless the USA" they are the two notes at "there ain't no doubt that i love THIS LAND". When it hits "this land" is where the above example lies. Check it for yourself.

@piggemz Hey dude you need to listen more carefully.. When he drops a ball at 1:43 it makes a litle sound, you just cant listen to it because if you play a key in the midle the sound that it makes it´s more low and if you hit the key in the tip the sound that it makes it´s higher.. He just comitted an mistake cause what he is doing its HARDDD!

It's fake. If you watch, the notes that the balls hit don't match up with the song he's playing. The keys probably just play the notes in the right order automatically, at whatever speed the balls hit them.
