Having worked in documentary and film in the past, I know that a film can often be edited with a different overhead voice depending on the markert. In this short clip presented here on this page, the voiceover is American. When I did research and found the full documentary, I noticed that the voiceover was British. The video that is posted here was edited in the US.

It's certainly not unlikely that other civilisations have moved away from their home planet and passed our solar system while looking for a new home, so UFOs are not unlikely to be seen.
However, it's also important to not jump to conclusions; it could be some sort of extra-terrestrial object, sure - but let's start with the more natural explanations first before coming up with controversial theories.
If life on other planets does exist then what determines what planet you come into as what life form. What seperates other planets life forms from ours and what reated them e.t.c? This is what makes me think earth may be the only planet to support life as we know it but maybe not.

As for determining what life form you come onto on what planet, I dont really understand what you are trying to say. Certain planets can support life and some cant. For instance Mars is more likely to be able to support life than Mercury. Habitable planets must be terrestrial (not gaseous) and be within a certain habitable zone. Chance creates them after that.

In any case, I was talking about the existence of aliens, not UFO's. UFO just means "unidentified flying object", something that a person does not have enough observational evidence to clearly identify, let alone prove as being an extraterrestrial. I was up there and back down to my bed all within a few seconds. When I "materialized" I found myself standing right in front of a monitor and it showed what I took to be the earth at around 6,000 feet below. IT has been said that some ufo craf sightings had a definite unusualness to them which is what immdeiatly draws peoples attention to them who saw them and noticed something very unsual btu also the biggets confusing factor is they had great similarities to earth aircraft. People reported that when they flew off at normal speed they had red flashing beacons which made hard to tell and only adds ot the confusion. ANy normal small aircraft is always difficult to see even at low altitude

It's certainly not unlikely that other civilisations have moved away from their home planet and passed our solar system while looking for a new home, so UFOs are not unlikely to be seen.
However, it's also important to not jump to conclusions; it could be some sort of extra-terrestrial object, sure - but let's start with the more natural explanations first before coming up with controversial theories.

As for determining what life form you come onto on what planet, I dont really understand what you are trying to say. Certain planets can support life and some cant. For instance Mars is more likely to be able to support life than Mercury. Habitable planets must be terrestrial (not gaseous) and be within a certain habitable zone. Chance creates them after that.

It showed a blue plasma ball about the size of a basketball with around 15 to 20 small white plasma balls spinning round it. There was some kind of unknown high pitched dialogue coming from it & lasted for around 30 seconds. Rumours abound that the presenters of the documentary were hauled into high security jails in Yellowkife but no one knows for sure. One thing is certain the TV crew were never seen again
