i could be wrong but wouldent scrog be better for clones and LST from seed.

You can spread the plants over a bigger area with the SCROG technique. With LST you can basically just get them as big as the pot is, or a little bigger, as you're using the soil to tie the stems down (usually).

Waste of time and possible reduction of yield by doing the LST in the beginning.. there is no need.
