Yeah.. Her accent is not a lack of ability to pronounce words. It's pretty obvious when she came down off of her "stuttering" it started sounding like an accent and she went with it. It changes from Australian to English because, like everyone else who is bad at faking accents, she has a hard time keeping the two separate.
As far as "needing to be a great actress to put that on," bullshit. That would NOT be difficult to put on. Stuttering and muscle spasms are NOT hard to fake. Good lord..
